Message Short story: Took down car in Jan 05 for build up, finished car in March 06. Took car home, first time driving it someone backs into it. Paint is finished the day I head back to Texas for Zcon. Day 2 of Zcon engine fails (rod bearing) with 4k miles (1k break in, 700 DAL->STL, 600 STL->CHI->STL, 700 STL->DAL, FAIL)) SGP offers nothing. June - present car never leaves dallas - build another new engine utilzing local shop. TODAY hood closes, car is complete and I just put the first 15 break in miles driving it to the Dallas Love field. Currently sitting at love field. Below is a crappy camera phone pic of my car at love field with my faithful companions next to it (two suitcases I live out of). AliaZ is taking it back to his house to feel it out and complete the break-in. I want to give my most sincere thanks to aliaZ for his undieing patience, support, knowledge and all his work on my car when I am not here and all the help he gives me when I come into Dallas on the weekends to work on it. I have learned so much, thanks man!

To everyone else, I'm looking forward to hammering out the complete write up on all the above in all the its gory detail in the near future. I just wanted to share my excitement with everyone of finally having a working running Z again (just in time to store it for the midwest winter). It's good to be back!

Thanks for reading guys.
